Tired of being too skinny? For those who want to gain weight easily and add a little bulk to their figure without overdoing it, here are some simple tips that you can follow.

  1. Eat nutritious high-calorie foods such as whole-grain or white bread, fruits and vegetables such as avocados and potatoes, lean red meat, poultry and dairy products and fish.
  2. Avoid skipping meals and eat on time. Add a little more serving to your usual portions such as an extra scoop of mashed potatoes. Add a couple of snacks into your daily eating routine.
  3. Relax and simply enjoy resting. Too much fidgeting and working out can cause you metabolism to works faster.
  4. Add weight-lifting to your exercise regime to increase your body mass with muscles.
  5. Balance your caloric intake with the amount of work that you do. Intake of calories should be higher to gain weight easily.
