Healthy high calorie food to gain weight

Just like being overweight is a trouble, similarly being skinny also creates a hassle among people. Skinny people become very weak and are prone to a number of hazardous diseases due to undernourishment which may even cost their lives. But just like everything this also has a solution. There is weight gain foods available which will provide you with full nutrition required for your body. This also helps you in weight gain and adds that extra glow in you.

Weight gain won’t be a problem if you know the right food to pick. Weight gain foods are normally foods which have more carbohydrates and protein. Try having high calorie density foods such as potato chips, rice, chocolates, butter, cookies, any fried item or something with high sugar content like ice-cream. But you should be aware of how much nutrition you are consuming along with calories. Don’t go for too much calories as it might turn out to be something hazardous. Out of your total calories intake fat should be about 15-25%. Healthy fats like peanut butter and flaxseed oil work miracles when it comes to gain weight without even making you realize that extra content added to your regular diet.
